Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the oil enters the chamber through the oil suction port. When the plunger moves upward, the volume of the sealed working chamber decreases, and the oil is squeezed and discharged through the oil pressure port.

7. Precautions for Use
Selection of working medium oil: When the pressure is below 7MPa, ordinary working medium oil (R&O) equivalent to a viscosity grade of ISO VG32 to 68 or frictional wear-resistant working medium oil can be used. When the pressure exceeds 7MPa, a friction-resistant working fluid oil with a viscosity grade equivalent to ISO VG32 to 68 should be used. It should be used under the conditions of meeting the viscosity range of 15 to 400mm²/s and the oil temperature range of 0 to 60℃, and the contamination degree of the working medium oil should be kept within NAS9 grade.
Installation and centering: The eccentricity between the drive shaft and the pump shaft should be below TIR0.05mm. During operation, do not apply vertical force to the pump shaft to avoid lateral transmission composed of belts, chains, and gears.
Filter screen usage: A 150-mesh suction filter should be used on the suction side. For the return oil line to the oil tank on the discharge side, a pipe filter of 25μm or less should be used. When the discharge pressure is above 14MPa, a pipe filter of 10μm or less should be used.
