The K4V45C264R-R2652C belongs to the swashplate type axial piston pump. When the drive shaft rotates the pump body, the plunger moves back and forth under the push of the swash plate. When the plunger moves outward, the volume of the working chamber in the cylinder increases, creating a negative pressure, and the hydraulic oil is drawn into the pump through the suction pipe. When the plunger moves inward, the volume of the working chamber decreases, and the hydraulic oil is compressed and discharged through the oil discharge pipe, thereby converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. The oil distribution plate is used to control the inflow and outflow of hydraulic oil, ensuring the smooth progress of the oil suction and pressure processes.

7. Precautions for Use

In terms of oil: Use clean and qualified hydraulic oil. Avoid mixing hydraulic oil of different brands or different grades of the same brand. Regularly replace the hydraulic oil and filters to maintain the cleanliness and good fluidity of the oil.
In terms of operating parameters: Avoid long-term operation at the highest pressure and highest speed. Pay attention to the working oil temperature of the hydraulic pump. The normal working oil temperature is 15-65℃.
Installation aspect: Ensure the coaxiality of the pump and the prime mover. The installation of the suction pipe and the return pipe should meet the requirements, such as the suction pipe should be as short, straight, large and thick as possible, and the outlet of the return pipe should be lower than the oil surface, etc.
