Before starting: The pump chamber and the suction pipeline must be filled with the conveyed medium. Open the exhaust valve to release the air. Dry operation is strictly prohibited. At the same time, the concentricity of the coupling between the pump and the motor should be checked to ensure that the suction pipeline is well sealed and the suction height meets the design requirements.
During operation: The cleanliness and viscosity of the medium must be strictly controlled. A 100-200 mesh suction filter can be installed and the filter residue should be cleaned regularly. Monitor the temperature, pressure and sound of the pump in real time. The temperature of the casing should be ≤70℃, the temperature of the bearing should be ≤80℃, and the outlet pressure must not exceed the rated value. If any abnormal sound occurs, stop the machine in time for inspection.
Shutdown and maintenance: When shutting down, the outlet valve should be closed first, and then the motor power supply should be cut off to prevent the medium from flowing back and impacting the gears. When the pump is shut down for a long time, the medium in the pump cavity should be drained, the bearing grease should be replaced regularly, and the sealing performance of the shaft seal should be checked. If leakage is found, the sealing ring should be replaced in time.
