Product Description
LIC Hydraulic’s GPA Series (including GPA1, GPA2, and GPA3) represents the cutting edge of high-pressure, low-noise internal gear pump technology. Specifically designed for industrial sectors requiring precision and quiet operation, the GPA2-10-E-20R6.3 offers 100% seamless interchangeability with global internal gear pump standards. By utilizing advanced axial and radial pressure compensation, these pumps deliver nearly pulse-free flow and exceptional volumetric efficiency. Each unit undergoes 100% simulated load testing to guarantee peak performance in high-pressure environments up to 250 bar.

Key Technical Advantages
Dual Pressure Compensation: Utilizing innovative axial and radial feedback systems, the pump automatically adjusts internal clearances to eliminate internal leakage, maintaining high efficiency throughout its service life.
Ultra-Quiet Fluid Delivery: The internal gear engagement geometry ensures a high overlap coefficient, reducing fluid pulsation by over 50% compared to external gear pumps, resulting in a whisper-quiet factory environment.
High-Pressure Integrity: Critical components are manufactured from high-grade nitrided steel, enabling continuous operation at 250 bar with excellent resistance to wear and pressure spikes.
Compact & Robust Design: The minimal moving parts of the GPA series allow for a space-saving footprint and enhanced resistance to fine particle contamination compared to other high-pressure pump designs.
Application Areas
CNC Machine Tools: Reliable power for hydraulic clamping, tool changers, and spindle auxiliary systems.
Plastics Machinery: Secondary circuits for injection molding and blow-molding equipment.
Aerospace Test Rigs: Ideal for simulation environments requiring low-ripple and high-response fluid output.
Mobile Platforms: Precision lift circuits for electric reach trucks and scissor lifts.
Expert Maintenance Tips
Mandatory Priming: Due to precision internal clearances, never run the pump dry. Fill the case through the outlet port and use “jog starting” to evacuate air before reaching full speed.
Inlet Suction Integrity: Ensure the suction line is perfectly sealed and properly sized. Excessive vacuum will cause cavitation noise and catastrophic internal scoring.
Temperature Control: Keep the hydraulic fluid within 30°C to 50°C. Excessive heat reduces oil viscosity, which can weaken the protective film between the internal gear teeth.
