Product Description
LIC Hydraulic’s NXQ Series Bladder Accumulators are essential components for modern hydraulic systems requiring energy storage and surge suppression. Compliant with GB/T 150 pressure vessel standards, the NXQ series (including NXQ-L0.63, L1, L1.6, and L2.5) utilizes a seamless steel shell and a high-elasticity rubber bladder. It acts as a “hydraulic battery,” storing energy during low-demand periods and releasing it instantly when needed. Whether for boosting cycle times or dampening vibration, the NXQ series provides a reliable, high-response solution for global industrial applications.

Key Technical Advantages
Ultra-Fast Response: The low-inertia bladder reacts in milliseconds to absorb hydraulic shocks (water hammer), protecting sensitive pumps and valves.
Gas-Liquid Isolation: Superior bladder sealing prevents nitrogen from dissolving into the hydraulic oil, ensuring stable actuator performance without “spongy” operation.
Compact & Durable: The cold-drawn seamless shell offers maximum safety with a smaller footprint, ideal for mobile machinery and integrated HPU blocks.
Cost-Effective Maintenance: Bladders are easily replaceable, allowing for extended shell life and reduced total cost of ownership (TCO).
Application Areas
Machine Tools: Pressure maintenance for clamping and fast-travel tool changers.
Hydraulic Power Units (HPU): Energy saving by reducing pump size and managing peak demand.
Construction Machinery: Pilot circuit stabilization and steering shock absorption.
Renewable Energy: Emergency pitch control and braking systems for wind turbines.
Expert Safety & Maintenance Tips
Nitrogen Only: NEVER fill an accumulator with Oxygen or Compressed Air. This will result in a violent explosion. Use only 99.5% pure Nitrogen ($N_2$).
Pre-charge Optimization: The pre-charge pressure ($P_0$) should generally be set at 0.7 to 0.9 times the minimum system operating pressure. Incorrect $P_0$ is the leading cause of bladder failure.
Mounting Position: For optimal life, install the accumulator vertically with the gas valve at the top. This prevents the bladder from rubbing unevenly against the shell walls.
Pressure Inspection: Check pre-charge levels at least every 6 months to ensure the system remains efficient and the bladder remains fully protected.
