The A2FO28/61R-VBB05 is an axial piston pump, featuring an oil distribution plate for oil distribution and a rotating cylinder body. When the cylinder rotates, the plunger moves back and forth in the plunger chamber. Through the oil suction and discharge Windows of the oil distribution plate, the hydraulic oil is sucked in and discharged. Due to the adoption of a hydrostatic balance structure between the sliding shoe and the variable head, as well as between the oil distribution plate and the cylinder body, friction and wear are reduced.

7. Precautions for Use
Installation: The pump and motor shafts must be aligned, with a coaxiality of no more than 0.01mm. Flexible couplings should be used as much as possible. The suction pipe should be as short, straight, large and thick as possible. Generally, a coarse filter with a nominal flow rate of no less than twice the pump flow rate should be installed on the suction pipe pipeline. Both the suction pipe opening and the return pipe opening should be 200mm below the oil surface.
In terms of working oil: L-HM32, 46, and 68 grades of low pour point high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil should be used. Select the appropriate grade based on temperature changes. The working oil temperature should be 15-65℃, with an ideal working oil temperature of 50±4℃.
In terms of operating parameters: Avoid long-term operation at the highest pressure and highest speed, otherwise it will affect the service life of the pump.
