Cast Iron Durability: The robust housing eliminates the “flexing” common in aluminum pumps under high pressure, ensuring longer seal life and consistent performance.
Axial Pressure Balancing: Floating bushings automatically adjust internal clearances to compensate for wear and thermal expansion, maintaining a volumetric efficiency of over 92%.

Expert Maintenance Tips
Rotation Check: CBF-E pumps are unidirectional. Ensure the input shaft rotation matches your PTO (Clockwise or Counter-Clockwise) before installation.
System Priming: Never start the pump dry. Fill the inlet with clean hydraulic oil and rotate the shaft by hand to lubricate the internal DU bearings and gears.
Oil Quality: Maintain oil cleanliness at ISO 4406 20/18/15. Cast iron pumps are durable, but fine metal particles can still score the floating plates, leading to pressure loss.
