Key Technical Advantages
Reinforced Ductile Iron Housing: The pump casing is cast from premium ductile iron, providing exceptional pressure resistance and damping properties to minimize vibration during high-pressure operation.
Precision-Ground Piston Assembly: The pistons and cylinder blocks are ground to micron tolerances. Advanced surface hardening treatments enhance contamination resistance and minimize frictional loss, ensuring stable volumetric performance.
Hydrostatic Balanced Slipper Design: The slippers are designed with hydrostatic balance technology to reduce contact stress at large swashplate angles, significantly lowering mechanical wear and extending axial bearing life.
Low-Noise Port Plate Geometry: The internal valve plate is optimized using fluid dynamics to suppress pressure pulsations, resulting in quiet and smooth operation across the entire pressure range.
Application Areas
Industrial Machine Tools: Hydraulic power for presses, bending machines, and die-casting equipment.
Metallurgical Machinery: High-pressure cleaning systems and auxiliary rolling mill circuits.
Marine Engineering: Drive systems for deck machinery and compact Hydraulic Power Units (HPU).
Expert Maintenance Tips
Case Priming: Before the initial startup or after maintenance, always fill the pump housing with clean hydraulic oil via the drain port. Dry running will cause immediate damage to the piston-cylinder interface.
Drain Line Backpressure: Ensure the case drain line is connected directly to the tank. Backpressure must not exceed 0.1 MPa (1 bar) to protect the shaft seal and internal components.
Suction Port Monitoring: Regularly inspect suction filters to prevent cavitation. The suction vacuum should be maintained above -0.02 MPa for optimal flow integrity.
