Expert Maintenance Tips
Nitrogen Only: NEVER fill an accumulator with oxygen or compressed air. This can cause a violent explosion. Always use high-purity Nitrogen ($N_2$).
Pre-charge Pressure: As a general rule, the pre-charge pressure ($P_0$) should be set to $60\%\text{–}90\%$ of the minimum working pressure. If $P_0$ is too high, the bladder will hit the anti-extrusion valve, leading to premature failure.
Vertical Installation: While some smaller units can be installed horizontally, it is highly recommended to install the NXQ series vertically with the oil port at the bottom for maximum bladder life and performance.
