Pre-startup inspection: Inspect the appearance of the pump body to ensure that the shell has no cracks and the connecting bolts are not loose. Check the hydraulic oil level, which should be between the upper and lower limits of the oil gauge, and the oil should be free of deterioration and impurities. Manually rotate the pump shaft to feel if the rotation is smooth, without any jamming or abnormal noise. Check the inlet and outlet valves to ensure that the inlet valve is fully open and the outlet valve is half-open.
Start-up operation: If it is the first start-up or start-up after a long period of inactivity, the motor should be jog 2-3 times first to confirm that the pump rotation direction is consistent with the marking. After normal startup, slowly open the oil outlet valve. Wait until the pressure at the pump outlet stabilizes, then fully open the valve to avoid component impact caused by pressurized startup.
Operation monitoring: Real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature and sound. The pressure fluctuation range should be controlled within ±5% of the rated pressure. The temperature of the pump body shell should not exceed 60℃, the temperature of the bearing part should not exceed 70℃, and the oil temperature should be controlled between 30 and 50℃. There should be no sharp abnormal noise during normal operation.
Shutdown and maintenance: Before shutting down, first close the oil outlet valve and then cut off the motor power supply. If the pump is to be out of use for a long time, the medium in the pump and pipelines should be drained, and anti-rust oil should be applied to the metal parts. Regularly clean the oil inlet filter screen, check the quality of the oil, and replace the deteriorated oil in time.
