This vane pump is a direct-acting vane pump with variable displacement, mainly composed of the casing, cover plate, rotor, vanes, stator ring, compression spring and control board, etc. When the drive rotor rotates in the stator ring, under the action of centrifugal force, the guide vanes in the rotor will be in close contact with the inner sliding surface of the stator ring. When the rotor rotates, the working volume composed of the blades, rotor, stator, control board and cover plate changes. In the oil suction zone, the volume gradually increases, creating a vacuum, and the oil is sucked in under the action of atmospheric pressure. As the volume of the oil discharge area gradually decreases, the oil is squeezed out, thus achieving the process of oil suction and discharge. The position of the stator ring is controlled by the spring and the adjusting screw. When the system pressure reaches the set value, the stator ring will move towards the zero position, thereby regulating the flow rate.

◦ Gap adjustment: The gap between the blade and the blade groove should be appropriate. If the gap is too large, leakage will increase; if it is too small, the blade cannot expand and contract freely, which may lead to abnormal operation. The axial clearance of vane pumps has a significant impact on volumetric efficiency. The axial clearance of small pumps is generally 0.015-0.03mm, while that of medium-sized pumps is 0.02-0.045mm.
Oil requirements: The temperature of the oil should generally not exceed 55℃, and the viscosity should be between 17 and 37mm²/s. If the viscosity is too high, it will be difficult to absorb oil; if it is too low, there will be severe leakage.
