The M045AW1L0M200SVFSP piston pump is an axial piston pump. When the transmission shaft drives the cylinder block to rotate, the plunger moves back and forth under the action of the swash plate. When the plunger rotates with the cylinder to the low position of the swash plate, it extends outward. The volume of the sealed working chamber between the bottom of the plunger and the cylinder increases, creating a local vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the oil in the oil tank enters the sealed working chamber through the oil suction pipe and the oil suction window on the oil distribution plate, completing the oil suction process. As the cylinder continues to rotate, the plunger moves from the low position to the highest position of the swash plate, retracts into the cylinder, and the volume of the sealed working chamber decreases. The oil inside the chamber is compressed, and the pressure rises. When the pressure exceeds the system pressure, the oil is discharged through the pressure oil window on the oil distribution plate and enters the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system, thus achieving the oil pressure process.

7. Precautions for Use
Oil selection: Clean petroleum-based hydraulic oil with a viscosity range of 20-400mm³/s when the applicable temperature is 0-60℃, such as hydraulic oil equivalent to ISO VG32 or 46. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the oil to avoid the mixture of impurities.
Installation requirements: An elastic coupling is required to connect the pump and the motor. The coaxiality of the two shafts should be adjusted to ±0.1mm, and the angular error should not exceed 0.5 degrees.
Pipe connection: The inner diameter of the oil drain pipe should be greater than φ12. It is necessary to ensure that the pressure inside the pump cavity is less than 0.1MPa and the impact pressure is less than 0.5MPa. The length of the pipe should be less than 1 meter. It should be installed separately and the end of the pipe should be immersed in oil. When steel pipes are used at the suction or discharge ports, rubber hoses can be used to avoid noise caused by additional loads.
Start-up and operation: Before the first start-up, clean hydraulic oil should be injected into the pump through the oil filling port. The air inside the pump and in the pipelines should be completely expelled. During operation, pay close attention to monitoring parameters such as the pump’s pressure, flow rate and temperature.
