The basic structure of a vane motor includes a stator, rotor, vanes, distribution plate and main shaft, etc. When high-pressure hydraulic oil enters the distribution plate through the oil inlet, it will enter the sealed working chamber on one side, pushing the blades to extend outward and closely adhere to the inner wall of the stator. Due to the eccentric structure of the rotor, the sealed volume formed by the blades during their rotation with the rotor constantly changes. The pressure exerted by the high-pressure oil on the blades generates torque, driving the rotor to rotate continuously. When the blade rotates past the maximum volume position, the volume of the sealed cavity decreases, and the internal hydraulic oil is squeezed out and returns to the oil tank through the oil discharge port of the distribution plate, completing one working cycle.
