MSK MKD Synchronous Motors MSK070E Servo Motor MSK070E-0300-NN-S1-BGO-NNAN R911331067 MSK070E-0300. MSK070E-0450. MSK071C-0200
1. Technical parameters:
Rated power: 3000W. Rated voltage: 200-500V. Rated speed: 3000r/min. Rated torque: 25N · m (at 100K).
Maximum torque: 65N·m. Rated current: 16.7A (at 100K). Maximum current: 49.3A. Encoder type: absolute value, increment (optional).
Encoder resolution: 128 signal periods. Protection grade: IP65. Shaft height: 50mm.
2. Working Principle:
The servo motor operates based on the principle of closed-loop feedback control. Its core components include
the motor body, position sensor (encoder) and servo driver. The motor body generates rotational motion. The encoder is installed
at the rear end of the motor shaft to precisely measure the real-time position and speed of the motor shaft and convert the
mechanical position/speed into an electrical signal to feed back to the servo driver. The servo driver receives the target
instruction from the upper-level controller and simultaneously compares it with the actual value fed back by the encoder to
calculate the error. Then, the driver applies the PID control algorithm to calculate the voltage, current and frequency to be
applied to the motor based on the magnitude and changing trend of the error, so as to drive the motor shaft to quickly and
accurately reach and maintain the desired state.
3. Product Features and Advantages:
High torque density: It can provide a large torque in a relatively small volume, with a
maximum torque of up to 65N · m, meeting the demands of high loads. High precision: Equipped with high-precision encoders, it can
achieve precise position control, ensuring that the system can continuously correct errors to reach and maintain the position
required by the instructions. High protection grade: With a protection grade of IP65, it can be used in dusty, humid or
oil-droplet invasion environments, and has excellent environmental adaptability. Modular design: It features a variety of
additional options, such as keyways and brake brakes, which can be flexibly configured according to actual application
requirements.
Introduction
The motors of the MSK series are characterized by a wide performance spectrum and fine frame size graduations. The high torque
density of these synchronous servo motors allow for an especially compact construction with a maximum torque up to 631 Nm.
Depending from the required exactness, you are able to choose between en‐ coder systems with low, average or high resolution. All
encoder variants are available in single or multiturn design. MSK motors can be set up with further numerous options and be
customized. Therewith, the MSK series can be used for applications beyond classically areas of application for servo motors. The
wide power spectrum of the MSK motor series is complemented by a wide range of functional options. Beside different encoder
systems, a lot of other options like keyway, holding brake and increased concentricity can be choosed. Fan units for axial and ra‐
dial mounting are available for applications with increased continuous output. Such as MSK motors are standardly designed in
protection class IP65 and have an integrated temperature sensor, even the fan motors are. This does not only improve the
reliability of the motors. The certified intrinsic safety of the fans (“Thermally Protected F” acc. to UL) saves an external motor
protec‐ tion switch. Highest power requirements are
