2. Working Principle
This plunger pump adopts a swash plate type axial plunger structure. There are multiple plungers in the pump body, which are arranged axially. When the transmission shaft drives the cylinder block to rotate, the plunger moves back and forth within the cylinder block. The plunger contacts the swash plate with a spherical end, and there is an inclination Angle between the axis of the swash plate and the axis of the cylinder block. When the cylinder rotates, the plunger moves back and forth in the pump cylinder under the action of the swash plate. When the plunger moves backward, a negative pressure is formed in the pump chamber, the inlet valve opens, and the liquid is sucked into the pump chamber. When the plunger moves forward, high pressure is formed in the pump chamber, the outlet valve opens, and the liquid is discharged from the pump chamber. 7. Precautions for Use
Installation: It is recommended to use an elastic coupling to connect the pump and the motor. The coaxial Angle of the two shafts should be adjusted to ±0.1mm, and the angular error should not exceed 0.5 degrees.
Pipeline connection: The inner diameter of the oil drain pipe should be greater than φ12, and it should be ensured that the pressure inside the pump cavity remains below the normal pressure of 0.1MPa, and the impact pressure is less than 0.5MPa. If the pipe length is less than 1 meter, it should be installed separately and not converge with the return oil pipe. The end of the pipe should be immersed in oil. When steel pipes are used for the suction port or discharge port, to avoid noise caused by additional loads, it is recommended to use rubber hoses.
Hydraulic oil selection: The viscosity range of the oil is 20-400mm³/s when the operating temperature is 0-60° C. Clean petroleum-based hydraulic oil, such as hydraulic oil equivalent to ISO VG32 or 46.
Filter Settings: An oil tank filter with a diameter of at least 100μm must be installed at the oil suction port, and a pipeline filter with a diameter of less than 10μm must be installed in the circuit. The filter element of the filter should be inspected regularly, cleaned or replaced.
Start-up and operation: Before the first start-up, clean hydraulic oil should be injected into the pump through the oil filling port, approximately 700cm³, and the rotation direction of the pump should be checked to ensure that the adjusted pressure of the relief valve is basically in the unloaded state. During operation, closely monitor the condition of the pump, such as its sound and temperature rise.
