The MS18 hydraulic motor is an inner curve multi-acting radial piston motor. Its core components include the stator, rotor, plunger roller pair and fluid distribution. The inner curve is composed of several curve segments of the same shape, and each curve segment is further divided into an ascending section, a transitional section and a descending section. When the plunger moves to the bottom and connects to the upward section of the high-pressure oil, the hydraulic pressure acting on the plunger generates a normal force at the contact point between the roller and the stator curve. This force can be divided into tangential force and radial force. Among them, the tangential force is transmitted to the cylinder through the roller and the plunger, causing the cylinder to generate a torque to rotate around the motor axis, driving the cylinder to rotate until the roller enters the transition section. When the roller passes through the transition section of the curve and enters the descent section, it descends along the stator curve. The bottom of the plunger is connected to the return oil chamber, and the hydraulic oil is discharged back to the return oil chamber. This cycle repeats itself, achieving the conversion of hydraulic energy to mechanical energy.

7. Precautions for Use
Pre-operation inspection: Ensure that all components of the hydraulic system are correctly connected to avoid malfunctions or leaks caused by incorrect connections. Add oil to the specified height through the filter to ensure that the hydraulic system has sufficient hydraulic oil. Start and run under no-load conditions for 10 to 15 minutes, and exhaust until the system stabilizes.
During operation, pay attention to: Gradually increase the load and observe whether there are any abnormal phenomena, such as noise, oil temperature rise and oil leakage, etc. Always keep an eye on its operating condition, including sound, temperature and vibration, etc. If any abnormality is detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Maintenance and care: Regularly change the hydraulic oil. Generally speaking, the oil should be changed once after the motor has been running for 50 hours, and then replaced according to the maintenance rules.
