QX series pumps are the fifth generation of internal gear pumps. In more than 30 years of service to the world, its excellent performance has been proven.
On the basis of simple and durable construction, several improvements have been made. Advances in manufacturing technology have made it possible to manufacture pumps that are compact in structure and light in weight without improving the machining accuracy of parts.
With the help of CAE, a new tooth shape was designed, which greatly reduced the noise level. Increased sealing surface, so that the efficiency can be improved.
The inner gear ring is lubricated by hydraulic dynamic/static oil film, which enables the pump to operate at low viscosity, low speed and high speed. Therefore, this series of pumps can be used for variable speed drive to provide variable input flow.
